The tasks are:

- Support of the ERP system WorkPlan and the document management system SAPERION
- System and network support
- User helpdesk for the specialist departments
- Supporting the implementation of new business processes and modules
- Installation and administration of modern IT infrastructures
- Ensuring system availability, analyzing problems and rectifying faults
- Problem and error analysis in ERP and related systems such as DMS, firewall, antivirus software and mailing in cooperation with the respective manufacturer support

Skills required for this:

- Degree or training in the IT environment or comparable training as well as professional experience in ERP support or system administration
- We are happy to give both experienced consultants or application supervisors of ERP systems and IT graduates a chance.
- Good knowledge of network technologies and common server and client operating systems
- Commercial background
- good written and spoken German and English skills
- Sense of responsibility and independence
- problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for complex tasks, strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills
